Abstract
This paper describes two experiments designed to assess the reliability of two behavioural checklists which are commonly used in the United States, the Walker Problem Behaviour Identification Checklist (WPBIC) and the Behaviour Problem Checklist (BPC). Intra-rater reliability was assessed on the WPBIC and then on the BPC. Results indicated that both checklists would be adequate for screening, but that neither checklist exhibited sufficient reliability to be used for programmatic purposes.
