Abstract

The article deals with the issues of organization and management of production process and quality of products taking into account peculiarities and specifics of its production. Factors and conditions affecting product quality and production efficiency are analyzed. Product quality assurance is achieved by compliance with established production processes and operations, monitoring compliance with technological regimes and standards requirements. The process of creating products involves the joint action of people, environment, materials, methods, machines, equipment, measuring systems, control, ensuring the production of high-quality products. Production process has boundaries of links, where information on process progress is generated, on stability of quality, so that specified quality of products is guaranteed by the end of production process. Quality assurance is also achieved by activities carried out throughout the product development and manufacturing process, which ensures the interaction and continuity of actions that work at each stage of product creation. All types of quality assurance work at different stages of production and operation of products are combined with an integrated quality assurance plan, detailed phased plans and a quality information system operating at all stages of the production process.
