Abstract
In order to actively respond to the call for the reform of the national electric power system and promote the construction of frequency regulation auxiliary service market in southern China, this paper introduces the secondary frequency regulation architecture of the China Southern Power Grid and designs a unified frequency control strategy. The AGC control structure is transformed. A number of dispatch agencies are organized to conduct joint testing of the system in stages. The test results show that the Unified Frequency Control (UFC) module and the AGC of dispatching agencies at all levels function normally. Under abnormal conditions, it can effectively trigger system alarms. Under grid disturbance, it can coordinate and quickly call out the secondary frequency modulation reserve. The results prove that the unified frequency control strategy and market technical support system can meet the construction requirements of the frequency regulation auxiliary service market.
