Abstract
This paper presents an approach merging System Engineering, Enterprise Modeling and Risk assessment concepts, techniques and methods and formal verification techniques. This approach aims to model and analyze complex socio-technical organization when facing risks which may impact the performance, stability and integrity of the organization. It is applied here to Health Care Organizations' modeling and analysis.
