Abstract

A 34-year-old man presented with left lower quadrant pain, tenesmus, occasional blood in stool, and malaise. A computed tomography scan revealed rectal wall thickening and enlarged pelvic lymph nodes (Figure A). A palpable mass was found during digital rectal examination. Colonoscopy showed a 1.5-cm ulcerated mass in the rectum, clinically suspicious for lymphoma (Figure B).
