Abstract
In recent years, the incidence of syphilis and HIV co-infection is growing worldwide. The natural course, serological reaction and the therapeutic response to syphilis change in syphilis and HIV co-infection patients for the reason of lower immunity. Some key issues about the epidemiology, clinical, diagnosis and treatment of syphilis in HIV positive people are reviewed in this paper. Key words: Syphilis; HIV; Co-infection; Treatment
