Abstract
Infuenced by Eurocleft project, the authors proposed a synthesis of the protocol of treatment for cleft palate and/or cleft lip patient by 11 french and belgian teams. If the goal are similar (restored anatomy with good appearance, good speech, normal hearing, facial growth and dental arch correct, good social integration) the methods to obtain this outcome are different in each cleft unit. Consensual points and dissensions were described in the discussion.
