Abstract
Two new hydrazine bridged 1D CoII coordination polymers formulated as [Co(N2H4)2F]Cl (1) and Co(N2H4)(H2O)2F2 (2) have been synthesized and magnetically characterized. Compound 1 consists of one-dimensional hydrazine-fluoride mixed bridged CoII chain, while compound 2 exhibits hydrazine bridged CoII chain with fluoride as terminal ligand. Magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal that compound 1 exhibits 1D antiferromagnetic characterization with a long-range ordering at 10.2 K, while compound 2 does not show long-range ordering above 2 K with antiferromagnetic intrachain interactions.
