Abstract

A compound Cu2NiSeTe with cation-cation and anion-anion substitution has been synthesized. Structural phase analysis was carried out by XRD. The thermal properties of the resulting compound at high temperatures were studied. The studies were carried out on a Differential Scanning Calorimeter in the temperature range T = 20-1000 °C. Thermal transitions were observed at temperatures T = 144, 587, 647, 714 °C. These transitions were analyzed and the thermodynamic potentials were determined. According to the mechanism of phonon-phonon interaction, an increase in heat capacity at high temperatures was found.
