Abstract

AbstractThe syntheses of different 2‐(N‐tosyl‐ or N‐phthalyl‐ or free aminoacyl or N‐tosyltripeptide)‐aminophenazines, and the corresponding derivatives of 2‐aminonaphthophenazines and some derivatives of 4‐aminophenazones (IV‐XXXIII) are described. Compounds XI‐XIII, XX‐XXIII, XXX‐XXXII, XXXIV‐XXXIX and XL‐XLV were found to be active against a number of microorganisms.
