Abstract

An efficient electrochemical sensor for the detection of chloramphenicol was prepared by using rGO@PDA@AuNPs composite. The electrochemical properties of rGO@PDA@AuNPs were evaluated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry methods. Under the best conditions, the detection range of rGO@PDA@AuNPs was wide (0.1–100 μM), and the detection limit was low (0.058 μM), with excellent selectivity, stability and reproducibility. In addition, an electrochemical sensor based on rGO@PDA@AuNPs can be used for the determination of chloramphenicol in milk with good results.
