Abstract

In this paper, a synthetic approach to the design of optimal suspension systems subjected to stochastic disturbances is presented. The method is illustrated by synthesizing a single-degree-of-freedom suspension system and a two-degree-of-freedom suspension system subjected to white gaussian forces and torques.
