Abstract
N-Sulfonyl ynamido-phosphonates were prepared from sulfonamides and bromo alkynylphosphonates through a direct copper-catalyzed coupling reaction. The substrates were obtained in good to excellent yields. The latter are valuable partners to react with nitrile-oxides to form isoxazoles in good yields and with an exclusive regioselectivity.
