Abstract
AbstractModified phenylalanine‐based di‐ and tripeptides have been efficiently assembled by cross enyne metathesis and a Diels–Alder reaction as key steps under mild conditions. In all cases, peptide integrity was preserved, no racemisation was observed, and good yields of modified peptides were obtained.
