AbstractAn efficient one‐pot green strategy has been developed for the synthesis of β‐ketosulfones by directly using easily available and inexpensive sulfonyl chlorides as a sulfur source to react with aromatic alkenes in the presence of cheap tert‐butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) and Et3N in 1,2‐dichloroethane (DCE) at 45 °C within 3 h.
