Abstract

The impact of epileptic seizures has caused fatal conditions like heart attack, stroke etc. Electro encephalogram (EEG) is used to monitor the abnormalities in brain and are treated accordingly. The major problem is that, the equipment like (EEG, ECG, MRI SCANNING) are intended to work in clinical environment and are not portable. Since nanotechnology has found its feet in most of the medical applications like Nano drug delivery, beauty and wellness, blood vessels imaging, scanning etc., it is evident that the results and outcomes are accurate and sensitive. This paper involves the synthesis and coating of nanoparticles for detecting the electrical signals of brain. The complete analysis and study of electrical signal that flows and communicates in the brain helps to predict the abnormality and can prevent the person from earlier detection and cure. The proposed work uses salts of Iron due to its natural magnetic property and the key method used is electrochemical method for synthesis of Iron Oxide nanoparticle.
