Abstract

Cesium bismuth iodide (Cs3Bi2I9) perovskite exhibits low toxicity and comprises air-stable materials with promising photo-absorber properties. However, the morphology of a Cs3Bi2I9 film fabricated via spin coating contains micro-/nano-structured flakes, which is not ideal for constructing an optoelectronic device. In this work, we fabricated and compared the Cs3Bi2I9 film by implementing spin-coating using different anti-solvent dripping techniques. The Cs3Bi2I9 film fabricated using toluene as an anti-solvent exhibits maximum uniformity, comprises small granular crystals, and demonstrates a significantly increased photocurrent response.
