Abstract

For the first time, Bismuth Oxide nanoparticles were prepared using Honey by bio method. Honey act as reducing and stabilizing agent. The single-phase Bismuth Oxide (α- Bi2O3) Nanoparticles were synthesized and confirmed by diffraction of X-ray method for powder samples (XRD) and the flowers shape of the prepared nanosample were observed by Scanning electron Microscope (FESEM) technique. An UV–Vis Diffuse reflection spectroscopy reveals that the obtained band gap is around 2.7 eV.
