Abstract
A synthesis method is developed for multidimensional decimation matrices of given dimension for a specified number of channels which are used in multidimensional multirate systems. The method is based on application of eigenvalues and Grobner bases techniques. A full parametrization of decimation matrices is effected for two-and three-dimensional cases. Peculiarities of a four-dimensional case are considered.
