Abstract

AbstractDiazomethane was reacted with nitro‐substituted anils of thiophenealdehyde and/or isatin and with some unsymmetric azines. 1,2,3‐Triazolines were obtained in all cases. Product constitution is discussed. Some of these were found to inhibit the development of a range of Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative bacteria.
