This article discusses the preparation procedure of phenyl(phenylethynyl)iodonium trifluoroacetate. Keywords: Phenyl(phenylethynyl)iodonium trifluoroacetate; Alkynyliodonium tosylates; Alkynyliodonium triflates; Stang's reagent; Koser's Reagent
