Abstract

The relevance of using high-entropy systems for obtaining coatings by vacuum-plasma methods using plasma separation systems is proved. The influence of technological parameters of the deposition process (arc discharge current at the cathode, bias voltage on the substrate) on the phase and elemental composition of coatings is established. The corrosion behavior in 3% NaCl solution was studied and the main electrochemical characteristics of coatings (Al,Ti,Fe,Cr,Ni) were determined. The heat resistance of the coatings was evaluated.
