Abstract

In the paper the synthesis of self-adjusting systems for automatic control of the industrial technological objects is made, which are characterised by separation of the initial products into definite fractions. After studying of the characteristic features of this type technological processes it is proposed the efficiency estimate of the separation process to be made on the basis of the information about the qualitative characteristic of one of the final products of the separation. It gives the possibility to be synthesized the extreme control system with the combined extremum search strategy.The usage of the above-mentioned system for control of separation processes is possible to be realized from the technical point of view and economically justified.
