Abstract

Novel polystyrene supported coordination compounds have been synthesized by the reaction of metal salt/metal complex with the polystyrene supported Schiff base (PS-LH) (obtained by the reaction of chloromethylated polystyrene, coumarin-3-carboxylic acid and ethanol amine). The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, electronic, ESR spectral and magnetic susceptibility measurements.
