Abstract
N-[2(3)-(1-Uracilyl)ethyl(propyl)]alkylamines were synthesized. It is shown that intramolecular cyclization to give imidazo- and pyrimido[1,2-c]pyrimidine systems occurs primarily in the reaction of 5-bromouracil derivatives with primary and secondary amines.
