Abstract

Synthesis of LiMn0.7Fe0.2Ni0.1PO4 was carried out by using powder metallurgy method with stoichiometric composition of technical raw materials: MnO2 and Fe2O3 from China, Ni from Merck, H3PO4 and LiOH.H2O from Germany. The powder was milled with tapioca powder under comparison between tapioca and active material 1:7, 1:8, 1:9 for one hour and heated again at 800°C in two hours under nitrogen gasses. The produced powder had black color under coated carbon and had crystal structure of olivine Lithiophilite. The conductivity was around 0.4 S/cm while its capacity was around 5 Amh/g.
