Abstract
An antineoplastic agent, cis-K 4 [PtCl 2ATP] has been synthesized and characterized, using elemental analysis, solution conductance, thermoanalysis, infrared, NMR spectroscopy, and circular dichroism studies. The in vitro cytotoxic effect imparted by this compound on Dalton's Lymphoma cells has been assessed by Trypan blue dye exclusion method and 51Cr release assays.
