Abstract

通过在聚L-谷氨酸侧链部分接枝甲基丙烯酸2-羟乙酯得到含有双键的聚(L-谷氨酸),将其与丙烯酸共聚得到由聚(L-谷氨酸)侧链接枝并交联聚丙烯酸的pH敏感水凝胶.研究水凝胶在不同pH的缓冲溶液中的溶胀性、溶胀动力学,并通过SEM观察水凝胶的微观结构.结果表明,水凝胶在低pH环境下的溶胀率明显低于高pH环境中的溶胀率,不同组分的样品在pH=6.6的介质中的溶胀率可达pH=3.0的介质中的溶胀率的5倍以上,显示出敏锐的pH敏感响应能力.水凝胶的组分对溶胀速率变化趋势及达到溶胀平衡所需的时间影响不大,各组分水凝胶样品都会首先经历1个20 min的快速的过程,然后溶胀速率逐渐减小,在120min左右达到溶胀平衡.水凝胶的组成对其平衡溶胀率具有显著影响,当聚(L-谷氨酸)与聚丙烯酸质量相同时,水凝胶的溶胀率最低,在pH=8.3的中性介质中为38.8.
