Abstract
Abstract The synthesis and reactivity of some new α,α′-bis-(2- and 4-substituted benzoyl)tellurium dichlorides are described. The Te-C bond remains stable in many interesting interconversions of these derivatives. 2-Substituted derivatives were found to be intramolecularly coordinated with the central metal atom.
