Abstract

YFeO3 nanocrystals have been prepared via coprecipitation of yttrium and iron(III) chlorides with aqueous ammonia. The average size, morphology, and magnetic properties of the YFeO3 nanoparticles are shown to be highly dependent on the preparation procedure.
