Abstract

AbstractUnder the guidance of molecular hybridization, a series of compounds containing neonicotinoid and amidine fragments were designed and synthesized. The biological activities were evaluated againstPlutella xylostellaandAphis gossypii. Most of these compounds showed good activities withAphis gossypiiat the concentration of 500 μg/ml. The Structure–activity relationship analysis showed length and size of the alkyl group on the 1,2,4‐triazole skeleton have a significant impact on the insecticidal activity.
