Abstract
新しい殺菌剤開発のためのリード化合物を探るために, 60種類のN-シンナモイル-α-アミノ酸エステル誘導体を合成し, 植物病原菌に対する抗菌試験を行った. その結果, ケイ皮酸のベンゼン環4位にイソプロピル基を導入した化合物が強い抗菌活性を示した.
