Synthesis and characterization of mixed ligand Cu(II) complexes of salicylic acid derivatives with 2-aminobenzotiyazol derivatives

  • In this study, mixed ligand transition metal complexes of Cu(II) have been prepared between salicylic acid derivatives [salicylic acid (H2sal) or acetylsalicylic acid (Hasal)] and 2-aminobenzothiazole derivatives [2-aminobenzothiazole or 2-amino-6chlorobenzothiazole (Clabt) or 2-amino-6-methylbenzothiazole (Meabt)]
