Abstract
Abstract Seven novel cyclopentadienyl lanthanide complexes with mixed oximato ligands have been synthesized, namely, (Cp4Ln2L1L2) (where Ln = Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb; HL1 = benzophenoneoxime; HL2 = cyclohexanoneoxime; Cp = cyclopentadienyl). These complexes are found to be dimers with oxo-bridged bonds through characterization by elemental analyses, IR and MS data.
