Abstract

Abstract A novel series of Benzo[b]thiophenes-1,2,3-triazole hybrid analogues were synthesized by using copper–catalysed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of alkyne with different aryl azides. The structures were established on the basis of spectral data such as FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass spectrometry. The synthesized compounds were screened for their in vitro antimicrobial activities results most of them were showed potent antimicrobial activities.
