Abstract
A method for the synthesis and analysis of SAW filters and delay lines that use dispersive ladderinterdigital transducers is described. A method for designing SAW devices that relies on modified equations forcoupled waves is proposed. A singular integral equation for the surface current density in the transducer’s electrodes is derived and solved. Theoretical data are compared with experimental results.
