Abstract
Solid Solutions La 0.75EA 0.25Mn (1−x)Ti xO 3 with 0 ≦ x ≦ 0.6 and La 0.75EA 0.25Mn (1−x)Ru xO 3 with 0 ≦ x ≦ 0.8 have been synthesized and characterized by magnetic (SQUID) and conductivity measurements (DC four-probe-technique). The purity of the samples obtained was verified by X-ray techniques and EDX-analysis. Most mixed crystals exhibit semiconductivity. Highest conductivity that is at the same time metallic in character occurs in the vicinity of La 0.75Sr 0.25MnO 3 and La 0.75Ba 0.25MnO 3.
