Abstract

Dense MCM-41 bulks were successfully synthesized by a hydrothermal hot-pressing (HHP) method. Adsorption/desorption behaviors were evaluated by nitrogen adsorption/desorption technique. Their microstructural features for dense MCM-41 bulks were observed by SEM. As a result, it was found that these dense MCM-41 bulks possessed a high surface area of over 1300m 2 /g and significantly uniform mesopores.
