Abstract
Abstract CuI single crystals have been synthesized with the help of transport reactions in a temperature gradient, where the thermodynamic properties of I 2 and NH 4 I as transport agents have been examined. The possibility of growth of CuCl and CuBr single crystals by means of Cl 2 , Br 2 and NH 4 Cl, respectively, as transport agents was also investigated.
