Abstract
Цель исследования - на основе анализа многолетней динамики грозовой активности и метеорологических условий на территории Тверской области выявить основные синоптические условия образования гроз, и рассмотреть методы прогнозирования гроз и их оправдываемость на примере методов Вайтинга и индексов неустойчивости атмосферы. The purpose of the study is to identify the main synoptic conditions for the formation of thunderstorms on the basis of an analysis of the long-term dynamics of thunderstorm activity and meteorological conditions in the Tver region and to consider methods for forecasting thunderstorms and their justification on the example of Waiting's methods and atmospheric instability indices.
