Abstract
Bronchial asthma(asthma)is a chronic inflammatory airway disease.Inhaled corticosteroid (ICS)combined with long-acting β2 agonist(LABA)is the preferred basic treatment for the long-term control of asthma inflammation, but the synergistic molecular mechanism on-airway chronic inflammation in asthma of inhaled ICS combined with LABA is not entirely clear. This paper reviews the two molecular signaling pathways of ICS and LABA,and the cross linkage between the two pathways, attempts to explore the synergistic molecular mechanism of inhaled ICS combined with LABA,as well as future research directions. Key words: Bronchial asthma; Inhaled eorticosteroid; Long-acting β2 agonist; Signaling pathways
