Abstract
The change in the diffuse reflection spectra and the integral absorption coefficient of solar radiation after sequential irradiation with 30 keV electrons and solar spectrum quanta of the of ZnO powder modified by SiO2 nanoparticles were studied. It was established that irradiation with quanta of a wide energy range (0.5–6 eV) after electron exposure does not result in an anneal of the defects induced by electron irradiation – an increase in the intensity of the net absorption band, caused by intrinsic defects and free electrons, is recorded.
