Abstract

Ulnar tunnel syndrome in the elbow is a common ductal neuropathy of the upper limb. The discovery of the anconeusepitrochlearis muscle may be an etiology of this compressive neuropathy, whose management in the event of failure of medical treatment consists of resection of this muscle to relieve the ulnar nerve and avoid sometimes dramatic functional consequences.
