Abstract
We describe a patient who had syncope after jogging. Extensive evaluation including stress testing using the Bruce protocol with sudden cessation of exercise did not reveal a specific cause of syncope. Performing ambulatory monitoring while the patient did his usual jogging activity revealed multiple sinus arrests as a cause of syncope
