Abstract

Noonan syndrome (NS) is a genetic syndrome whit an autosomal dominant inheritance. It is the second most common cause of congenital heart disease. A 28-year-old male, diagnoses with NS, presented after an episode of syncope. Past medical history with two similar episodes in the last three years.
