Symptomatic giant aneurysms of the sinus of Valsalva

Fig. 1. Computed tomography shows giant sinus of Valsalva aneurysms (SVAs) that longitudinally occupy the mediastinal cavity (105 mm) from behind the sternum to the vertebral column. The arrow indicates the orifice of the right coronary artery. The asterisk indicates the left atrium and the right pulmonary vein compressed against the vertebrae by the SVAs. The superior vena cava and right atrium were also compressed.
