Abstract
The Marine Biological Association of India has announced The Symposium on Indian Ocean and Adjacent Seas—Their Origin, Science, and Resources, which is to be the fifth in its symposium series and is scheduled to be held at Cochin, India, from January 12 to January 18, 1971. Persons interested in contributing to this conference should contact The General Convener, Symposium on Indian Ocean and Adjacent Seas, Jyothi Buildings, Gopala Prabhu Road, Ernakulam, Cochin‐11, India, before August, 1970. Abstracts of papers are to reach the General Convener by September 15, 1970, and the typescript of the full paper will be due on November 15, 1970.
