Abstract

The following is an edited transcript of the proceedings of a symposium recognizing the twenty‐fifth anniversary of the accession of HM. Qaboos Bin Said, the Sultan of Oman. This was the ninth in a series of Capitol Hill symposiums conducted by the Middle East Policy Council over the past three years. It was held in the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, DC, on October 12, 1995.
