Abstract
Let be a reductive algebraic group over the field , a symplectic smooth affine algebraic variety, a Hamiltonian action, a point in with closed orbit. The structure of the variety in some invariant neighbourhood of the point is described. The neighbourhood is taken in the complex topology.
