Abstract
Jennifer Hasty is a Member in the School of Social Sciences at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, participating in the annual focus seminar on corruption. She is currently on a one-year leave from her position as an assistant professor of anthropology at Pacific Lutheran University. Her book manuscript âBig Language and Brown Envelopes: The Press and Political Culture in Ghanaâ is under review by Indiana University Press.
